• Reads and follows menu and recipe for each meal.
• Provides prepared food for each special diet.
• Inspects equipment for cleanliness and functional operation.
• Assumes shift supervisory duties in absence of department manager(s).
• Performs cooking duties with other workers.

Ensures that resident’s dietary needs are being met in accordance with Resident’s wishes and Care Plan Objectives
